Our company was born from a shared vision forged on a boat ride on the waters off the South Shore among three HVAC professionals with unique industry backgrounds. Joshua Richards, Benjamin Fee, and David Puglisi combined their skills and passion to create a company where exceptional service and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. With Josh and Ben bringing years of residential HVAC experience and David leveraging his commercial expertise, the three professionals came together to deliver unmatched expertise and quality.

A Navy veteran with eight years of distinguished service, Ben works with the discipline and dedication instilled from his military background. With expertise in HVAC installation, plumbing, electrical, and construction, he ensures every project is completed to the highest standards. Ben holds multiple certifications, including EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, making him a trusted resource for delivering quality and compliance on every job.

David Puglisi

David Puglisi

David's HVAC career began at Blue Hills Vocational High School, followed by a strong start in the commercial industry. Transitioning to this focus in residential systems, he contributes his in-depth knowledge of robust, large-scale systems to our custom home projects. Dedicated to problem-solving and maintaining energy efficiency for clients, his expertise provides every home with the latest HVAC equipment and technology advancements.

Employee Training and Continued Development

As we continue to expand our team, we’re currently developing and implementing our “Sail to Success Academy,” which will be mandatory for all new employees. This program ensures all technicians have the skills to provide superior customer service. The academy covers essential aspects of our fieldwork, such as troubleshooting common HVAC issues, safe and effective repairs, and professional communication with each customer.

All technicians also attend the Ultimate Technical Academy (UTA). This is for new and experienced HVAC technicians to stay current on skills and training in the latest advancements in technology and equipment. In our line of work, no one is ever finished learning, so we provide our team with the tools to ensure they can continue to have access to the resources that make us the best we can be.
