  • Eligible systems must be ENERGY STAR® Cold Climate certified and use approved next‑generation refrigerants
  • Natural gas systems are not incentivized for 2026

No‑Cost Home Energy Assessment

  • Required to qualify for most Mass Save incentives
  • Identifies insulation, air‑sealing, and heating and cooling upgrades that improve efficiency and comfort

0% HEAT Loan Financing (2026)

Mass Save offers the HEAT Loan, providing 0% interest financing up to $25,000 for qualifying energy‑efficiency upgrades.
